Privacy Policy

Last updated: 23 June 2026

NexAdmission (“we”, “us”) is operated by its registered LLP in India. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, how we use it, and your rights under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). Please read it before submitting your details.

What we collect

When you request counselling or connect with a college, we collect the information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, and details about your education such as your marks, stream, and preferred courses or locations. We may also keep notes from your counselling calls to help guide you better.

Why we collect it, and your consent

We collect your data only when you give explicit consent by ticking the consent box on our forms. We use it to: contact you about college admissions by phone, SMS, email or WhatsApp; understand your goals and recommend suitable colleges; and help you through the application and admission process. We record the wording you agreed to and the date of your consent.

Who we share it with

To help you secure admission, we may share your relevant details with partner colleges and admission partners (including admission platforms we work with) strictly for the purpose of processing your admission interest. We do not sell your data to unrelated third parties or data brokers, and we do not share it for purposes you did not consent to.

How long we keep it

We keep your data only as long as needed to provide counselling and admission support, or as required by law. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

Under the DPDP Act you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and withdraw your consent or ask us to delete your data at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email us at contact@nexadmission.com and we will act on your request promptly. Withdrawing consent will stop further calls and processing, though it will not affect anything done lawfully before you withdrew.

How we protect your data

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

Children

If you are under 18, please use this service with the involvement of a parent or guardian, whose consent we rely on for processing your data, in line with the DPDP Act.
